Made small updates to the Involved page:

Better spacing between buttons and text
Add padding to mobile view of buttons to match consistency to desktop view
Add color change on hover of buttons

Refactor

Create CSS class for buttons as they used the same styling (which was repeated through use of inline CSS)

Updated the YouTube section to match the consistency of the other sections
