Example: definition-separator is a comma

Purpose:
Being able to know how many definitions the back of a flashcard has when you're reviewing, just to help jog your memory a bit.

Example: hint "(3)" to denote 3 definitions for "bye."

adios, ciao, tschüss

Notes

default should be no definition-separator
boolean configuration variable to turn on definition hints
character configuration variable for separator
