Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Current implementation: after SM-2 review, users are able to review missed cards. If they choose not to or exit the application, the missed cards can't easily be reviewed.
Something like "ankilo --review-missed" would start a review session for your missed cards.
Reviewing missed cards shouldn't affect SM-2 due dates.
When a card is answered correctly, it should either be removed from the list of flashcards missed today or not. Either implementation is fine, a configuration variable for this would be nice though.
